Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the property.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategy.
- Set targets for the Sales Executive and monitor performance against them.

Client Relationship & Deal Closure
- Handle key client relationships and lead high-value negotiations directly.
- Act as the primary intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Present and finalize purchase offers, ensuring terms are favourable to the company.• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements at a strategic level.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

Documentation & Legal Compliance
- Oversee preparation and accuracy of representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and
- leases.




- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all transactions.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on complex documentation matters.

Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide, train, and oversee the Sales Executive to ensure timely execution of sales and follow-up activities.
- Review lead pipelines and follow-up activity conducted by the Sales Executive.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities and performance.

Reporting & Business Insights
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and business forecasts to management.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE
- Real estate sales: 7 years (Required).

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Sound knowledge of market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements related to property sale
