1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels of spares, tools, and consumables.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Reorder items based on minimum stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Update inventory software or manual records in real-time.
2. Store Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Organize and store materials systematically for easy access.
- Issue materials to engineering and maintenance teams against proper requisitions.
- Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and coding of materials.
3. Procurement Coordination:
- Raise purchase requisitions for required items in coordination with the engineering and procurement departments.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Assist in vendor evaluation by providing usage and performance data of spares.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, return slips, and disposal records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Maintain compliance with ISO/5S or any other applicable audit requirements.
5. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive items.
- Comply with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store (5S implementation).
6. Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, procurement, and accounts departments.
- Supervise and train junior storekeepers or assistants, if any.
