Role Description
The Facade Estimator is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for facade projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services, based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing architectural and structural plans, conducting quantity take-offs,



preparing BOQs, soliciting and analyzing vendor quotations, and developing competitive bids. The Facade Estimator collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and sales teams to refine estimates, support proposal submissions, and assist in value engineering. The role also involves maintaining updated cost databases, tracking market rates, and supporting project budgeting and cost control during pre-construction stages.

Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of facade systems such as structural glazing, ACP cladding, glass railings, and canopies, including materials, installation methods, and relevant building standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns.
- Experience with estimation tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel) and comfort working w
