Hiring: Senior Project Manager – US Construction Projects
Location: Gurgaon (100% Work from Office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and support large-scale US construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong construction project management experience, team leadership capabilities, and exposure to the US construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from planning through execution and successful completion.
Handle project management activities including change orders, submittals, project coordination, and documentation.
Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Maintain project records, quality standards, and project controls.
Support client communication and project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with international teams and support US-based construction projects.
Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
Solid experience with change orders, submittals, and project coordination.
Minimum 4–5 years of team handling or supervisory experience.
Exposure to the US construction sector.
Hands-on experience with:
Revit
Navisworks
Bluebeam
Procore
MS Office
Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech (Engineering)
B.Arch
MS in Construction Management
Strong leadership and project execution capabilities.
Stable career history with at least 2 years spent in each organization.
Nice to Have
Experience working with reputed construction or engineering firms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating with international clients, particularly US-based clients.
