Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Pune Division. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating strategic initiatives, managing key stakeholders, analyzing business performance metrics, and ensuring the execution of organizational goals. The executive will work closely with team members to drive operational efficiency, shape business strategies,



and foster partnerships for sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Solid leadership, collaboration, and team management skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution
- Analytical skills with experience in evaluating financial metrics and business performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using business management tools and software
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a solution-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or ATM industry is advantageous
