We are looking for 2 experienced FP&A; Leads for Ankara & Istanbul Locations
to partner with the
Group CFO and executive leadership team
of a leading
Food Manufacturing & Bakery Ingredients
organisation. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving financial planning, business performance, profitability, and long-term growth. Interested candidates, please drop their resume at: [email protected]

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop financial models, scenario planning, and business cases.
- Design KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, profitability, investments, working capital, and cost optimization.
- Evaluate CAPEX, expansion, M&A;, and new product investment opportunities.




- Drive forecasting accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A; team while collaborating across finance and business functions.

Requirements

✔ CA or Finance Management qualification or Equivalent

✔ 8+ years of FP&A; experience, preferably in
Food Manufacturing/FMCG

✔ Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering

✔ Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

✔ Experience with MS Dynamics 365 ERP
preferred

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
