Role Overview :



The Assistant Manager – PPC Luggage is responsible for end-to-end production planning, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Production, Purchase, SCM, and Inventory to achieve on-time order fulfillment and optimum factory utilization. The role drives production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory optimization, and capacity management while proactively mitigating risks that may impact customer deliveries. The incumbent is accountable for maintaining production efficiency, improving planning accuracy, and providing actionable MIS to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Production Planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on sales demand, production capacity, mould availability, and Raw Material availability.
- Prioritize production to ensure maximum order fulfillment while optimizing factory capacity.
