Roles and Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing civil construction activities at the site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, timelines, and quality expectations. The role requires coordination with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site to ensure project progress and quality.
- Review and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety protocols, and construction standards.
- Maintain daily work reports, site diaries, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks; report discrepancies or issues.
- Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve technical and construction-related problems.




- Assist in preparing work schedules and progress reports.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote safe work practices on-site.
- Supervise concrete works, structural works, finishing works, excavation, and other civil activities.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on civil work progress.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical documents.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other project management tools is a plus.
