We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1+ year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present company services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Occasionally attend client meetings, site visits, and participate in sales activities as required.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
