Role Description
The Marketing Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Offenso’s cybersecurity programs, including building relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.



Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, conducting presentations or demos, and coordinating with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and campaigns. The role also involves maintaining and growing accounts, monitoring market trends, contributing to marketing initiatives, and providing feedback to improve program positioning and outreach. The Executive is expected to meet defined business targets while representing the academy’s brand and values in all interactions.
