US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
with a robust background in healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate will have
at least 5 years of proven experience
in bench sales recruiting, specializing in placing IT consultants within healthcare projects. This role requires excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to maximize consultant placements and revenue.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Healthcare domain
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, HL7, HIPAA).
- Established network of healthcare vendors, clients, and partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct clients in healthcare.
- Prior success in placing consultants in clinical and non-clinical healthcare IT roles.
