Role Description
The Plant Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida,



responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations in a sustainable packaging and branding environment. This role includes managing daily production activities, supervising production teams, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and environmental standards. The Plant Head will coordinate production planning, monitor resource utilization, and optimize workflows to meet delivery timelines and cost targets. Responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining quality control processes, managing plant budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional departments, compliance with certifications and regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and sustainability within the plant.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee overall manufacturing
