Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end solution architecturefrom design and implementation through production deployment and ongoing evolution
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance designs (trade-offs, risks, and estimates clearly articulated)
- Lead technical discoveries and solve complex engineering problems across services, data, and integrations
- Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and engineering guardrails (reviews, checklists)
- Ensure systems meet quality attributes: scalability, resilience, maintainability, performance, and security
- Drive adoption of up-to-date engineering practices (cloud-native, DevSecOps, automation, observability) and continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers, setting clear technical direction, raising the bar on design/code quality, and enabling career growth
- Coordinate with Product, DevOps/SRE, QA, and Security to plan and execute delivery (milestones, dependencies, and risk management)
- Participate in design reviews, drive alignment across teams,



and communicate trade-offs and decisions to stakeholders
- Remain hands-on: contribute to design and implementation, unblock the team, and take ownership of critical components.

Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of professional software development experience
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders, document decisions, and influence technical direction across teams
- Strong expertise in .NET Core
- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and AWS

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD)
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and ability
