Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will support employee lifecycle processes, maintain HR records, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure smooth office administration while contributing to an efficient and positive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and employee information.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.

Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, facility management, housekeeping, and office service providers.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle courier services, travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and office logistics.
- Maintain office assets and administrative records.
- Support management with scheduling, documentation, and coordination activities.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and efficient office functioning.
