Role Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India. This role is responsible for defining and executing the overall technology vision and roadmap for greenyrewards, ensuring alignment with business and product goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading software development teams, overseeing system architecture and infrastructure, and driving the creation and enhancement of the eco-reward platform and related products. The CTO will manage technology projects,



prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This position also involves setting technology standards, mentoring team members, and continuously evaluating emerging tools and practices to support innovation and growth.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Development and Architecture, with experience building scalable, secure, and reliable platforms.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Project Management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Product Development, collaborating with product, design, and business teams to deliver user-focused features and solutions.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologie
