Role Description
The Collection Executive (International) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing international debt collection activities, including contacting clients, following up on overdue accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining professional and courteous communication. The Collection Executive will monitor outstanding balances,
update financial records and collection status, and escalate complex cases to senior team members or management as needed. This position requires close collaboration with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, identify credit risks, and support continuous improvement in collection processes. The role also includes preparing regular collection summaries, adhering to company policies and compliance standards, and meeting defined performance targets.
Qualifications
