Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Adobe Experience Cloud qualified with 810 years of experience to drive digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, content supply chain, and marketing automation.

This role requires a strong blend of business process understanding, solution architecture, and hands-on expertise across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (AEP), AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, marketing, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys and content operations leveraging the Adobe ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture :
- Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and design integrated architectures across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (AEP), AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Workfront & Adobe GenStudio.
- Define data flows, system integrations, and journey orchestration frameworks.




- Build robust content supply chain models aligned with marketing needs.
- Customer Journey & Personalization (AJO) :
- Design and implement real-time customer journeys and orchestration flows.
- Configure triggers, decisioning rules, and personalization strategies.
- Enable multi-channel engagement across email, SMS, web, and push notifications.
- Optimize journey performance through segmentation, experimentation, and analytics.
- Customer Data Platform (AEP / Real-Time CDP) :
- Define and implement unified customer profiles by integrating multiple data sources.
- Drive identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation strategies.
- Enable personalization use cases such as Campaign targeting, Behavioral segmentation & Real-time activation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
- AEM Assets & Content Supply Chain :
- Manage and optimize digital asset lifecycle within AEM Assets (DAM).
