Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with MSME clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan and financial products. Day-to-day activities include managing client portfolios, conducting meetings and follow-ups, assisting customers throughout the application and documentation process,



and ensuring timely resolution of queries and service issues. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, monitor account performance, and support risk management and compliance requirements. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving assigned targets, and providing market feedback to help refine Gosree Finance Limited’s offerings.
