Role & Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to students at PNCF division (Pre Nurture Career Foundation 8th to 10th) with a focus on lecturer activities and curriculum development.
- Provide individualized support to students through coaching sessions, mentoring, and tutoring.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new course materials and assessments that align with industry standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the growth of the institution's academic programs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Post graduate degree in Biology or related field (M.Sc).
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Biology faculty member or equivalent role.
- Robust knowledge of Biology subject and matter expertise required for teaching at different levels.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction, presentation, and collaboration with colleagues.
