Role Description

The Managing Partner (Consulting Firm) will lead overall firm strategy, operations, and business growth for Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting practice.
This full time, on-site role in Abroad
involves overseeing client service delivery, setting performance standards, and ensuring that consulting teams provide accurate, compliant, and high-quality immigration advice. The Managing Partner will build and maintain strategic relationships, drive new business development, and represent the firm in key client meetings and external engagements. Daily responsibilities include managing senior consultants, reviewing complex client cases, monitoring financial performance, and implementing process improvements to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also includes mentoring team members, fostering an ethical and inclusive work culture, and ensuring adherence to relevant immigration regulations and industry best practices.

- Business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to expand the firm’s portfolio and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Operational management and strategic planning capabilities, including experience with process optimization and performance monitoring.
- Sound knowledge of immigration or visa consulting domains, particularly Canada immigration processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Proven experience in a senior consulting, legal, or professional services role, preferably within immigration, compliance, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Business, Management, International Relations, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional
