JOB POSITION: Site Engineer ( Civil)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to oversee civil and interior fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, BOQ preparation and verification, quantity estimation, contractor coordination, quality control, and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil and interior site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and site resources.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of work.




- Manage snag lists and support project handover.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing verification.
- Experience in civil construction and interior fit-out execution.
- Knowledge of finishing works such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, joinery, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, contractor billing, and site execution.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
