Role: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage a team of Sales Officers and drive business growth. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing field operations, and developing strong customer and channel relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive acquisition of new customers, especially in retail loan segments (e.g., personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSA (Direct Selling Agents), channel partners, and customers to ensure steady business flow.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Ensure adherence to all internal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal and post-sale service.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence.
Key Requirements:
- 6--7 years of experience in sales, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company.
- 1-2 Years of team handling experience
- Strong knowledge of loan products and credit assessment processes.
