Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Operations Manager role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day outlet operations, including staff scheduling, workflow management, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory and procurement, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing cost control without compromising quality. The role will also focus on improving customer service, handling escalations,



tracking sales and performance metrics, and implementing operational processes to support growth. The Operations Manager will collaborate with outlet teams and leadership to develop and execute initiatives for efficiency, menu execution, and staff training.

Qualifications
- Operational management skills in food service or hospitality, including team supervision, shift planning, and process implementation.
- Experience with inventory control, procurement, and vendor coordination to maintain stock levels and manage costs.
- Strong focus on quality assurance, food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local regulations.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle feedback and maintain a positive guest experience.
