Role Description
The Recruiter role is a full time, on-site position based at Khodiyar CAD Center in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates from various online sources,



screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further selection processes for both internal roles and placement opportunities for trainees. This role will collaborate closely with training and academic teams to understand hiring needs and Candidate profiles, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely communication with applicants and partner organizations. The Recruiter will build and nurture relationships with industry partners, support placement drives, and contribute to HR initiatives that enhance career opportunities for students and professionals. Daily responsibilities include updating recruitment metrics, attending meetings, participating in career events, and ensuring that hiring and placement processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with organizational policies.
