Role Description
The Pre Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Serampore, supporting the sales team in generating and qualifying leads for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.



The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads, preparing basic presentations or pitch materials, and sharing property information with prospective clients. The Pre Sales Executive will also gather customer requirements, provide initial guidance on suitable options, and help ensure a smooth handover to the closing team. This position requires consistent on-ground presence, proactive communication, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain property features clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
