Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in bulk hiring and recruitment operations within the BPO or BFSI industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, team management, and HR operations in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple positions.
- Lead recruitment operations and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, team productivity, and hiring targets.
- Support onboarding and HR operational activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare MIS reports.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience in BPO or BFSI recruitment.
- Experience split: 70% Recruitment and 30% Operations.
- Strong knowledge of bulk hiring and manpower planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Education: Post Graduation
Languages: English & Hindi
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
