Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 12-15 years of experience to drive business transformation initiatives by partnering closely with customers, industry experts, product managers, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-impact solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with customers, industry experts, product managers, and technical teams to deeply understand and analyze detailed business processes and objectives.
- Lead business process analysis, redesign initiatives, and roadmap planning efforts aligned with organizational strategy.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring explicit communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders,



translating business needs into detailed and unambiguous documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to design solutions that meet business goals and ensure project success.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize operational workflows.
- Own and maintain business requirements artifacts including Feature lists, Epics, user stories, business requirements documents (BRD/BRS), functional specifications (FSD), and prototypes with a focus on clarity and completeness.
- Define acceptance criteria, user scenarios, and ensure requirements are agile-ready to support sprint planning and delivery by scrum teams.
