WunderWerk is building a new German-inspired restaurant brand in India, with the ambition to create one of the country's next generation of QSR brands.

We are looking for a creative Freelance Social Media & Content Manager to help build our online presence from the ground up. This role goes beyond managing social media. It is about shaping the voice, personality and visual identity of a brand from day one.

This role combines strategy, content creation and hands-on production. We are looking for someone who can not only manage our social media channels but also create the visual content that brings the WunderWerk brand to life.

The position will begin as a freelance engagement during our launch phase, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role as the company grows. We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term part of our journey.

You will work closely with the founder to develop engaging content, grow our community and create social media strategies that generate genuine excitement around the launch of WunderWerk.

Responsibilities




- Plan and manage our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars and creative campaign ideas.
- Capture, create and edit high-quality photos, videos and short-form content for social media.
- Produce engaging Reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content that showcases our products, team and brand.
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise content based on analytics.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and proactively bring new creative ideas to the team.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Solid copywriting skills in English.
- Experience creating high-quality photo, video and short-form social media content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video platform
