Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to lead academic and administrative operations at its Ajinkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU), Lohegaon Campus. The ideal candidate should possess robust academic leadership skills with experience as an Assistant Professor or above, and a thorough understanding of NEP, NAAC, NBA, and NIRF frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, faculty development, student success, regulatory compliance, and overall campus growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall academic and administrative operations of the centre.
- Ensure effective implementation of NEP 2020 guidelines and outcome-based education practices.
- Drive quality initiatives aligned with NAAC, NBA, and NIRF standards.
- Manage faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and development.
- Oversee curriculum planning, academic delivery,



examinations, and student progression.
- Coordinate with university leadership, regulatory authorities, and industry partners.
- Promote research, innovation, industry collaborations, and student engagement initiatives.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, academic quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, AICTE, and other statutory requirements.
- Represent the institution during accreditation visits, audits, and academic reviews.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (Mandatory).
- 8–12 years of experience in Higher Education, with experience as an Assistant Professor or above.
- Strong knowledge of NEP 2020, NAAC, NBA, and NIRF processes.
- Prior experience in academic administration, faculty management, and institutional accreditation.
