Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate HS code classification and compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.

2. Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, and GST regulations.

3.Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and statutory requirements.

4.Handle RBI compliance, including monitoring and closure of export transactions through the RBI/EDPMS portal.

5. Prepare and manage SEZ documentation and ensure compliance with SEZ regulations and procedures.

6. Upload, monitor, and complete closure of shipping documents and export transactions on the AD (Authorized Dealer Bank) Portal.

7. Optimize freight costs by negotiating with logistics partners and service providers.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Executive: 35 years of experience in Import & Export Logistics.
