is an AI-powered job-search and recruiting platform — candidates find and track jobs, resumes get parsed and tailored with AI, and lifecycle emails and paid subscriptions run on top. We're early-stage, quick-moving, and small: our team owns the whole path from idea to production, across every layer of the stack.

This is a stack-focused role. We care that you know — or can quickly get productive in — the specific technologies below, across the whole product, not just one feature area. Tell us where you are on the stack and we'll tailor the role to match.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ship features end to end — React/Tailwind UI → Fastify endpoints → Prisma/PostgreSQL — and integrate with AI, notifications, and payments services
- Own your changes through the pipeline: write, get reviewed, watch GitHub Actions deploy to dev and prod, confirm it's healthy
- Improve reliability and performance as we scale (job feed, database load, caching)
- Help keep dev/prod environments and infrastructure consistent and maintainable
