What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Advise cross-functional teams on contractual, legal, and commercial matters.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, MSME matters, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Support consumer and commercial litigation by preparing responses and maintaining case records.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage POSH compliance, including ICC coordination, training, case support, and annual reporting.
- Support corporate governance by preparing Board/AGM/EGM minutes and statutory filings.
- Manage trademark filings, renewals, and other intellectual property matters.
- Assist in fundraising transactions, due diligence, and investor documentation.
- Maintain legal trackers, compliance records, MIS reports, and internal committee documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- LL.B. degree with relevant experience in corporate legal or commercial contracts.
- Robust contract drafting, negotiation,



and legal advisory skills.
- Working knowledge of corporate, contract, labour, MSME, POSH, and intellectual property laws.
- Experience in dispute management, corporate compliance, and statutory filings.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
