Role Description
This is an in office internship role for a Receptionist based in Pune City. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk area in a professional and welcoming manner. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meeting room bookings, and supporting basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing,



data entry, and document preparation. The role also involves responding to general inquiries, guiding visitors or team members to the appropriate departments, and ensuring that the reception area is organized and presentable at all times. The intern will work closely with the HR and operations teams to support smooth office operations and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including handling multi-line phone systems, greeting guests, and managing inquiries.
