Role Description
This is a full-time, in office QA/QC Engineer role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards across construction sites, ensuring that work complies with design specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting inspections of materials and workmanship, documenting non-conformities,



and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with project teams. The role involves preparing and maintaining quality documentation, reports, and checklists, as well as supporting internal and external audits. The QA/QC Engineer collaborates closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement in construction processes and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection for construction materials, processes, and finished work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans and procedures.
