About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations and End-to-End Recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities,
and the capability to manage multiple HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and manage offer rollouts.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete accuracy.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Coordinate induction programs for current employees.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRMS data.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks.
