Role Description
The Backend Sales and Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, supporting day-to-day sales and operational activities. Responsibilities include processing and maintaining sales orders, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams for shipment scheduling, and ensuring accurate documentation for freight and logistics operations. The role involves managing customer inquiries through back-office support, tracking shipments, updating systems and reports,



and assisting the sales team with follow-ups and data analysis. The executive will collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and maintain service standards aligned with company policies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, support the sales cycle, and coordinate backend processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and identify operational improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
