Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Tool Room Engineer role based in Vasai. The Tool Room Engineer will oversee the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of injection molds and related tooling, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings,



planning machining and assembly processes, and coordinating work with machinists, toolmakers, and production teams. The role involves monitoring tool room equipment, troubleshooting mold issues from the shop floor, implementing preventive maintenance, and maintaining documentation for tooling activities. The Tool Room Engineer will also contribute to process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement in tooling methods and standards.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of injection mold design, manufacturing processes, and precision tooling for caps and closures, medical, cosmetics, and stationery components.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, 2D/3D CAD models, and technical specifications related to mold and tool design.
- Hands-on experience with conventional and CNC machining, fitting, assembly, polishing, and maintenance of injection molds.
- Skill in diagnosing
