Role Description
The Training Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Howrah Hooghly Kolkata. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for sales teams, operational staff,



and other business functions to support performance and compliance objectives. The Training Manager will conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses on products, processes, customer service, and regulatory requirements in the life insurance domain. They will collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps, create training calendars, develop learning materials, and track training effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics. The role also includes maintaining training records, supporting onboarding and induction programs, and continuously improving training methodologies aligned with organizational goals.
