Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Account Manager role based in Ponda. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring service quality, timely coordination of transportation schedules, and resolution of day-to-day operational issues. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning internal teams to deliver agreed services. The role involves preparing reports,



monitoring account performance, managing billing and documentation, and addressing escalations in a professional and timely manner. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support business growth through retention and expansion of existing accounts.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide consistent service support.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or related sectors, with familiarity in scheduling, dispatch, and operations coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email), and comfort working with reporting and documentation tools.
