We are hiring English Chat Operators to work remotely on an international online dating platform. Your role will be to communicate with users through text-based conversations while maintaining a professional and engaging communication style.

Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills.
- Laptop or PC with a secure internet connection.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Previous experience in online chat support or dating platforms is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Working Hours:
- 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM
- 1:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Compensation:
- Performance-based commission structure.
- Monthly earnings depend on performance and activity.
