We are looking for an experienced Plant Incharge to lead the overall operations of our Feed Mill.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and cost targets.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly production schedules.
- Ensure maximum utilization of plant capacity with minimum downtime.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Monitor raw material and finished product quality as per company standards.
- Drive cost optimization through effective resource utilization and process improvements.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and operational standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant employees to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor production reports, SAP documentation, and operational KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
