Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and achieve sales objectives. The role includes business planning, market intelligence, digital marketing, channel development, customer relationship management, team leadership, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing budgets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, exhibitions, and events.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Generate and monitor leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales conversions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Support recent product development through market insights and customer feedback.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while driving a high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and maintain accurate sales and marketing data.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 815 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in B2B/Industrial Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of business planning, market research, digital marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
