Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination & Procurement
- Source and manage quotations from vendors — carpentry, electrical, cleaning, and other site-specific services.
- Coordinate vendor payments, invoice follow-ups, and delivery timelines across all active projects.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, agreed rates, and payment status.

Design & Backend Follow-ups
- Coordinate 2D/3D drawing approvals with the Design team and track updates required for execution.
- Ensure all on-site work consistently aligns with the latest approved drawings and specifications.

Quality Control & Inspection
- Conduct phase-wise quality inspections across all assigned sites throughout the execution lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve all quality defects and rework items before client handover — zero tolerance

Client & Architect Communication
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients and architects — proactive, professional, and solution-focused.
- Communicate project progress, manage concerns, and coordinate technical decisions with architects in real time.





Project Execution & Site Management
- Own the day-to-day execution of assigned projects — timelines, material flow, task sequencing, and completion.
- Manage site operations independently, including material collection, storage, and installation coordination.

Site Measurements & Documentation
- Conduct accurate site measurements and surveys as required at each project stage.
- Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready documentation — site activities, client interactions, and progress updates.

Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise fitters and helpers on each assigned project — task allocation, productivity monitoring, and discipline.
- Resolve in office challenges and coordination issues independently, without constant escalation.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate actively with Design, Logistics, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to resolve project blockers.
