Role Description
The Vice President Sales at Red Kaizen Realty is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading and scaling the sales organization. This position oversees sales strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management, and market expansion within the commercial and residential real estate segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and monitoring performance metrics, coaching and mentoring sales teams,



and collaborating with marketing and operations to drive lead generation and conversion. The role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and brokers, negotiating complex deals, and ensuring an excellent client experience. The Vice President Sales will also analyze market trends, provide regular reporting to senior leadership, and refine sales processes to support sustainable growth and profitability.
