Role Description
- Dealing with US/Canadian passengers over the call helping them to make the flight reservation.
- Follow up with the existing customers.
- Must have experience in brand/website calls, generic/organic calls, destination oriented calls




- and meta Calls.
- Generating MCO or Mark up to meet monthly targets
- Responsible for following up on sales leads/calls and providing passengers with the best flight
- deals in the industry.
- Knowledge on GDS-Amadeus is required
- Excellent Geographical knowledge of U.S/Canada

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Must have more than 3 years of experience in the international Travel Process
- Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
- Be flexible to work in 24*7*365 days working environment.
- Candidates with work experience in US Market would be preferred
