Role Description
The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and updating coordinated electrical BIM models for building projects in alignment with project standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, creating detailed layouts for lighting, power, cable trays, and panels, and integrating electrical designs with other disciplines such as architecture, structure, and MEP. The role involves detecting and resolving clashes,



maintaining model quality and accuracy, and preparing model-based views, schedules, and documentation for project teams. The position is full time, in office, and based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with engineers, designers, and other BIM professionals.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and be proficient with leading BIM software used in electrical building design.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, interpret, and coordinate multidisciplinary project documentation.
