The Installation Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of the assigned Gas Gathering Station (GGS) and associated facilities.

The position holder will lead the GGS operations and maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of gas gathering, compression, processing, and associated utility systems while achieving production and operational targets.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of gas compression facilities, rotating equipment, process systems, HSE requirements, statutory compliance, team leadership, and operational decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

Gas Gathering Station Operations
- Responsible for the overall operation and performance of the assigned Gas Gathering Station.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of gas gathering, compression, gas processing, and associated utility systems.
- Monitor plant operating parameters and take timely corrective actions to prevent equipment trips, process disturbances, and production losses.
- Ensure proper start-up,



shutdown, emergency shutdown, and operational changeover of equipment as per approved procedures.
- Maintain required gas header pressure and operating conditions for smooth and reliable operation of the facility.
- Monitor gas flow, pressure, temperature, equipment performance, and other critical process parameters.
- Ensure achievement of targeted production and operational availability.

Gas Compressors and Rotating Equipment
- Should have sound technical knowledge and practical experience in the operation and maintenance of Reciprocating gas compressors, Rotary/screw compressors, Gas engines and compressor prime movers
- Monitoring compressor performance and operating parameters.
- Identifying abnormal vibration, temperature, pressure, noise, lubrication, and process conditions.
- Ensuring timely troubleshooting and restoration of equipment.
