Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as amazon ads, flipkart ads, blinkit ads and other relevant advertising channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve conversions, ROI,



and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for paid campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.

Ad Creative & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, copy,

and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and audience segments to optimize campaign results.

Audience Targeting & Optimization
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify high-performing target groups.
- Optimize campaigns through retargeting, lookalike audiences, and keyword strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design
