Role Description
The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the individual will engage with customers in retail and channel environments, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with Titan’s brand standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales targets, managing in-store promotions, supporting channel partners, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Officer will also work on lead generation, follow up with prospective customers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service. The role requires regular monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and partners.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage the sales process, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to support and grow relationships with retail and distribution partners.
