Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Caller at AuraLivin. The Caller will engage with prospective and existing customers over phone calls to share product information, clarify queries, and support order-related needs. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, documenting call outcomes, and updating customer records in internal systems. The role also involves following call scripts where applicable, collecting feedback,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Caller is expected to maintain professional communication, meet call targets, and adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer service abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining a positive, respectful tone.
- Basic computer proficiency, including using call software, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow up on leads, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and reliability.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or call center roles is an advantage
